Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no government ties. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, order a release, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Lynn County Sheriff and court resources, Texas Department of Criminal Justice channels, federal or immigration locators, and outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use of the site is conditioned on responsible and lawful conduct. You agree that you will not:

• Use the site while breaking any applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated decisions from site content.

No Consumer Reports

Lynn County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use its content for:

• Hiring, firing, or any other employment decision.
• Tenant selection or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Texas Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute must be filed in a court located within Texas. Government records linked from the site may also be subject to the Texas Public Information Act, but that statute does not make this private site a government records custodian.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
